News in our World
Fresh out of the studio, our new album SHARKENFREUDE is a joyous romp through our brightest dreams and shadiest moments.
Come to our launch party at AlleyCat in Denmark Street on Thursday 2 November! We are proud to announce a pretty darn stellar lineup joining us at 8pm to play a real quality night:
Flying Tailor - Hyperactive sweet dreams: modern introspective folk with touches of trip hop
The Squares - Spontaneous blended art pop, folk and blues. "Really good", says Gideon Coe
Money and Family - Top notch, synthy indie alt-pop
No Direction - Folk trio's stage debut
And DJ Sam Hammond
Entry will be £5 and gets you a £5 discount on a copy of the "Sharkenfreude" CD in its plush digipak (normal price will be £10 afterwards). Buy Tickets HERE or pay on the door.

The Islington Set
For our autumn show on Saturday 5 November, we were promoted to North London! Our hand-woven, organic selection of Many Few produce had them hopping all around The Islington.
On The Fiddle
We finally returned to the scene of our first ever full-length gig, 4 years ago: the real music-loving Fiddler's Elbow in Chalk Farm, Camden.
This time around, our 40-minute set hit new heights and turned out to be one of our best nights ever; we just love the sound, attitude, and attention to detail from this place. Hope to get back there next year!
All Aboard the Skylark!
We returned to everyone's favourite The Good Ship in Kilburn for our midsummer show! For an audience mostly consisting of faithful fans we felt justified in airing new and seldom-heard materials, plus a few of our old favourite sea shanties, and of course, art for art's sake!
A few pre-show technical hitches were dealt with cheerfully and effectively by the house staff... what a great place and smashing bunch of people. We'll be weighing anchor here again next year!
By the way, we also have a sneaky rehearsal video available.
